Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communication with clients (verbal and written - in person, via email or phone).
- Create invoices on Sage.
- Administration of client accounts.
- Stock control.
- Processing orders from clients, allocating stock for deliveries.
- Scheduling deliveries to clients for smaller orders with company vehicle. Arranging courier services for bigger orders.
- Day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Assisting Directors as required.
Requirements:
- Senior Certificate or Administrative related Certificate or Diploma.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Bilingual - Afrikaans and English.
- Drivers licence and own transport.
- Good organisational skills.
- Computer literate (knowledge of Sage beneficial).
