Office Automation Sales Executive
Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of office automation products, multi-function printers, CCTV solutions, communication systems, air conditioners, and other related products to businesses and organizations. You will play a key role in generating new leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers by leveraging various sales strategies and techniques.
- Promote and sell a diverse range of office automation products, including multi-function printers, CCTV systems, communication solutions, air conditioning units, and more.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide support during installations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to stay up-to-date with the latest industry products and trends.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in office automation, IT, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of multi-function printers, CCTV solutions, communication systems, air conditioning units, and similar products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Own Vehicle (is a requirement)
