We are now seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and elevate our day-to-day restaurant operations.

Position Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting the operational success of multiple restaurant locations. This role requires a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who can drive performance, ensure quality and compliance, mentor teams, and help scale operations in line with the companys goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to standardize service and kitchen operations.
  • Hire, train, and mentor restaurant management teams; foster a positive and high-performance culture.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, labor management, and P&L oversight.
  • Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to ensure brand standards and compliance with health, safety, and labor laws.
  • Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to support menu rollouts, promotions, and local initiatives.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies and services.
  • Lead initiatives related to growth, including new restaurant openings, renovations, and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, including multi-unit management.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, service standards, and guest experience.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to travel between restaurant locations as needed.
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is a plus.
