Production Operator

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our team to be responsible for the daily manufacturing of products. You will learn how to work across a variety of production lines in our Sandton facility all while making a competitive wage and receiving support from your community of compassionate leaders.

What youll do:

• Blending, sieving, packing of products as required by the production plan
• Repacking, weighing of product, stock takes, and recording all ingredient and product details
• Assisting other Operators in their work
• Following written procedures and verbal instructions and keeping all required documentation up to date
• Performing daily checks; ensuring a safe and hygienic work area by cleaning and maintaining area and equipment
• Accurate monitoring of stock level records, actual quantities used and ensuring products are stored in the correct areas on the warehouse

What youll bring:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food and beverages environment
• Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines and to work overtime if required
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSC, EHS standards
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills (written and oral)
• To be able to drive forklift
