Production Planner

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Concrete Production Planner to optimize our concrete production processes and support project delivery timelines.

· Plan, schedule, and coordinate all concrete production activities in line with project requirements.

· Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of concrete.

· Manage raw material inventory and forecast requirements to avoid production delays.

· Monitor quality control processes and work closely with the batcher and lab technician to ensure compliance with mix designs and standards.

· Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.

· Ensure health and safety compliance within the batching and production environment.

Grade 12

Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or relevant field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in concrete production planning or similar role in the construction industry.

Solid understanding of concrete batching processes, mix designs, and site logistics.

Proficiency in MS Excel and planning software (e.g., MS Office, Themis or similar).

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Strong English writing skills and be well spoken
