CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Project Manager is responsible for setting clear project objectives, coordinating tasks, and ensuring effective team communication. They manage resources, including budgets and personnel, to keep the project on track. The role involves monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and adjusting plans as needed.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Set clear, measurable, and achievable goals for each project, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities

• Ensure project objectives are well-documented and communicated to all team members to maintain focus

• Promote collaboration and problem-solving to ensure the team stays aligned and efficient throughout the

• Conduct regular meetings and updates to monitor team progress and resolve any issues promptly

• Ensure efficient use of resources to keep the project within budget and on schedule

• Track project milestones and key deliverables to ensure they are met on time and within scope

• Ensure that the project adheres to all relevant industry standards, organizational policies, and legal

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales & Marketing or similar with at least 5 years experience in a similar role

• Prior experience utilising systems

• Extensive project management experience
