Quality Management Officer (ISO 9001)

e are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Management Officer to oversee and maintain

our Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. This role is key to driving

continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, and fostering a quality-focused culture across all

departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organizations ISO 9001-compliant QMS.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external ISO 9001 certification and surveillance audits.
• Ensure quality objectives are set, monitored, and achieved across the organization.
• Analyze quality performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, and records.
• Support departmental compliance with quality processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality management principles and procedures.
• Ensure effective corrective and preventive action processes are in place and followed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma and accreditation certificates
