Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and passionate Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Agent at Jazmax Stanger, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, offering expert advice, and facilitating transactions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Stay updated with local market trends, property values, and competitive listings.
• Provide professional advice to clients to help them make informed decisions.
• Manage leads and follow up on potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
• Attend company meetings, training, and networking events as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with local real estate market trends and property values.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of real estate software and social media marketing.
• Previous real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
