About the Role - The successful incumbent will work in a fast-paced, target orientated, dynamic environment, where internal job positions will need to be filled with the best suited candidates, in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment
- Streamline and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and a positive candidate experience.
- Oversee the hiring process from gaining a thorough understanding of the role requirements from the hiring manager, creating the job advertisement, sourcing candidates, screening, head-hunting and conducting the respective interviews and background checks to fill the role with the most suitable candidate.
- Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Implement sourcing methods to attract suitable candidates.
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures.
- Evaluate candidates based on their assessments and telescreen.
- Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that the candidates applications are processed efficiently and timely.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Stay abreast of recruitment technology trends and tools, implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field or related qualification is advantageous.
- Has 2-4 years of recruitment experience, ideally filling sales roles.
- Experience working in a fast paced and target orientated environment.
- Proven history of filling roles with suitable candidates.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and relevant employment laws.

Pay range and compensation package - Basic Salary. Competitive and lucrative earning potential with an on-target earnings commission structure.
