Position Details:

Position: Restaurant Manager

Salary: R12,000 - R14,000 per month

Working Hours: In line with industry norms and business requirements

Accommodation: Available on-site

Your Role:

As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring every guest is met with exceptional service and memorable experiences. Your leadership will be key in maintaining the high standards that define the Brahman Hills Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· - Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every guests needs are met with attention to detail.

· - Train, motivate, and manage a team to maintain excellence in service and hospitality.

· - Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant to ensure a welcoming environment.

· - Handle the pressure of a busy restaurant environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.

· - Manage point-of-sale systems and streamline operations to enhance guest satisfaction.

What Were Looking For:

· - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

· - Experience with leading point-of-sale systems is essential.

· - Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management is advantageous.

· - Strong knowledge of wine and food pairings.

· - Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· - Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
