Restaurant Operations Manager BEE, / South Africans Only

200 seater restaurant, is looking for an Operations Manager, for a trendy Restaurant with stage and Musicians and entertainment (Music, stage, lighting, action)

Must be Professional, with a F&B background, a minimum of 8 years in restaurant operations.(Cost of sales, budgeting, ordering of supplies, food cost, stock control, GP, staff management, and general running of the entire restaurant, reporting to the GM. Must be prepared to put in

Hard work and be passionate about the restaurant and entertainment industries.

Manage 80 staff and the HR that goes with that - strong in leadership

Thursday to Saturday close 2 to 3 am / Sunday to Wednesday to 12pm

OWN TRANSPORT REQUIRED

DIPLOMA in Hospitality
