Sales Executive - STS Tactical and Anti Hijacking

Job Overview: STS Tactical and Anti Hijacking is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of security services, establishing relationships with potential clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our security solutions, including Guarding Services, 24/7 Offsite Monitoring, Vehicle Tracking Units, Vehicle Recovery, Armed Escorting, and Fleet Monitoring Solutions.
  • Identify and target potential clients in relevant industries (e.g., logistics, transportation, high-value asset management, Mining, Commercial and Residential complexes).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to expand the client base.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
  • Present and demonstrate the companys services to potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes for both the company and the customer.
  • Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans to track performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position STS Tactical and Anti Hijackings offerings.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the security or related industries.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Customer Focused: Strong ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their security requirements.
  • Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with a focus on closing deals.
  • Self-Motivated: Results-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to quickly understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with sales software, CRM systems, and understanding of security technologies and solutions is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the security services industry (e.g., asset protection, fleet management, surveillance, etc.) preferred but not mandatory.
  • Valid Drivers License: As the role may involve client visits and presentations, a valid drivers license is required.
  • Own Vehicle: Candidate must have own reliable vehicle

Desirable Qualifications:

  • PSIRA Registered, Minimum Grade C.
  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly in services with a focus on long-term client relationships.
  • A strong network within the security, logistics, or transportation industries.
