Company Description:Our client is a well-established estate agent consultancy in the UK known for making a significant impact in the industry. He has a growing reputation and a video course to his name. He is supported by a small team, including a virtual assistant (VA), and is continuously expanding his business.

Role Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales Negotiator to join the team and work directly with our clients clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting new leads, nurturing older leads, and scheduling appointments that help the business grow. This is a flexible, remote role, with the potential to work either full-time or part-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting new leads through phone calls and database management
  • Reviving older leads by working one-on-one with estate agents
  • Identifying opportunities and nurturing them to fruition
  • Gaining a deep understanding of the clients product and unique selling points (USPs) to improve the success rate of calls and bookings
  • Referring relevant leads to affiliates in mortgage advice and soliciting
  • Maintaining and updating call lists, ensuring an organised approach
  • Utilising calling scripts and adapting them based on performance
  • Tracking KPIs to measure success and improve performance
  • Providing excellent customer service that is polite, professional, and personable

Clients Personality:He is known for his strong personality, organisation, friendliness, and a great sense of humour. He is hard-working, goal-driven, and highly professional. He expects high standards but is also understanding and approachable, often cracking a joke or two during the day.

  • Ability to handle both administrative tasks and high-pressure situations with ease

Required Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in prospect calling, ideally within the estate agency sector preferably in the UK
  • Proven track record of working with clients and closing sales

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Sales experience in estate agency and customer service
  • Ability to track KPIs and adjust tactics as needed
  • Familiar with CRM software and tech-savvy (Excel experience is a must)

Working Hours:

  • Flexible hours available:
  • Full-time Monday and Tuesday, Half-time Wednesday
  • OR Half-time Monday to Friday from 10:00-14:00 or 11:00-15:00 UK time

Hardware Requirements:

  • Own computer or laptop.
  • ADSL/FIBRE internet line with a minimum of 50 Mbps.
  • Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
  • Anti-virus installed.
  • UPS/Back-up battery for load shedding.
