Our team specializes in delivering high-impact, social-first content and scalable creative production that drives results. As we expand our outbound sales efforts, were looking for a part-time SDR to help us start more conversations with the right prospects.

About the Role

Were looking for a proactive and organized SDR to lead our cold outreach and top-of-funnel prospecting. Youll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads through email, social DMs, and CRM tracking—with a focus on generating quality conversations that turn into new opportunities.

What Youll Do

  • Source and clean targeted lead lists using Apollo.io

  • Set up and manage cold email campaigns in Instantly

  • Write and test A/B email variations (subject lines, openers, CTAs)

  • Monitor performance (deliverability, open/reply rates) and optimize accordingly

  • Conduct manual outreach via LinkedIn, Instagram, or Twitter

  • Qualify inbound replies and pass warm leads to sales via CRM

  • Keep outreach pipelines clean, organized, and up to date

What Were Looking For

  • Hands-on experience running cold email campaigns with Instantly, Lemlist, or similar tools

  • Excellent short-form copywriting skills (hooks, personalization, CTAs)

  • Familiarity with lead scraping and segmentation in tools like Apollo

  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working independently

  • Ability to self-manage and report on outreach performance weekly

  • Bonus: Experience in creative agencies, marketing services, or B2B SaaS

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience using CRMs like HubSpot or Pipedrive

  • Familiarity with agency/marketing industry prospecting

  • Ability to write personalized icebreakers and research prospects
