Senior Account Manager
Our client is a high-performance digital marketing agency specializing in YouTube and Meta ads for mid-market B2B companies, SaaS businesses, and coaching/course creators. We focus on scaling ad accounts, optimizing funnels, and delivering data-driven marketing strategies that drive measurable business results. The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to act as the second-in-command. This is a leadership role that requires extensive experience in the digital marketing agency space, strong expertise in paid advertising, and the ability to manage a team of media buyers. As the primary point of contact for all client accounts, you will be responsible for developing client strategies, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, and overseeing the media buying team to drive exceptional results. You will work closely with the CEO to streamline operations, improve processes, and contribute to the agencys growth. Key Responsibilities
- Client Strategy & Management - Own the client relationship, ensuring marketing strategies align with business goals.
- Paid Advertising Leadership - Oversee YouTube and Meta ad campaigns, collaborating with media buyers to optimize performance.
- Media Buying Team Management - Lead, mentor, and support the media buying team to ensure efficient execution and top-tier results.
- Client Communication & Retention - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Process & Workflow Optimization - Improve internal processes, ensuring seamless coordination across teams using ClickUp and other tools.
- Growth & Expansion - Identify upsell opportunities and ways to increase client ROI through additional services and strategies.
- 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency, specifically managing high-ticket clients.
- Strong expertise in YouTube & Meta ads, including campaign setup, tracking, optimization, and scaling.
- Proven leadership experience in managing media buyers and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional client management skills—you know how to set expectations, keep clients happy, and handle challenging conversations.
- Experience with ClickUp (or similar project management tools) for managing workflows.
- A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hyros experience is a plus—familiarity with conversion tracking and attribution software is a bonus.
