What Youll Be Doing Account Management & Client Relations

• Manage 3+ key FMCG client accounts focused on healthcare and school-based brand activations
• Be the go-to person for clients—ensuring strong relationships, strategic guidance, and programme excellence
• Continuously align messaging with brand identity and healthcare regulations Production & Execution Oversight
• Lead a production team including a Production Manager and Junior Project Manager
• Oversee health worker activations in clinics, hospitals, and schools
• Ensure compliance with Department of Health standards
• Track and report on sampling stock integrity and usage
• Manage CRM systems for data accuracy and client reporting

Strategic Support & Operational Excellence

• Provide strategic input and campaign insights to enhance brand presence and ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes
• Maintain best practices in activation, reporting, and delivery

Process & Compliance Management

• Uphold consistent, efficient workflows with clear accountability
• Keep deliverables and timelines on track across multiple clients
• Ensure proper documentation and campaign tracking

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related field
• 10 + years of experience in account/production/project management (FMCG or experiential marketing preferred)
• Familiarity with healthcare-based activations is a bonus
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• CRM and stock tracking know-how
