Novus Media has a vacancy for a Social Campaign Manager. The purpose of this position is to develop and implement social media strategies, manage campaigns, and analyse results to drive engagement and achieve business goals. The Social Campaign Manager will also create and curate content, engage with online communities, and report on campaign performance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute social media strategies to align with overall campaign objectives, including brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media platforms.
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage social media campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand, relevant, and targeted.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering positive relationships and addressing customer inquiries.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyse campaign performance using relevant metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions), and identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Collaboration: Work with creative teams, production teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and effective social media presence.
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and feedback, seeking to improve results.
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Min 3 years online advertising/ campaign experience
- Proficiency in relevant software packages and applications
- Experience in Google Analytics, X media studio and Meta Business Suite
- Experience in paid social media campaigns
- Ability to create and maintain good relationships with client accounts
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask
- In-depth understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
- Good understanding of how online marketing campaigns are planned, executed and measured
- Analytical mindset, able to identify trends in data and surface insights
- Experience in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok business centre, Youtube studio would be advantageous.
