Social Media Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to join our team in Welkom. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who can manage social media for multiple businesses across different industries. The ideal candidate has a passion for digital marketing, is detail-oriented, and understands how to grow and engage online audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for multiple brands on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Monitor account activity, respond to comments and messages, and engage with online communities
- Work closely with business owners to understand brand voice and goals
- Design graphics or coordinate with a designer for visuals and promotions
- Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.) and track performance
- Prepare basic reports on engagement, growth, and campaign success
- Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience managing business social media accounts
- Strong knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Creative writing and content creation skills
- Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
- Good time management and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Fluent in English (Afrikaans a strong advantage)

Pay: R6 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
