- Building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

- Fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the organisation.
- Bachelors or relevant qualification in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- The ability to analyse market data and make data-driven decisions.
