SUPERVISOR

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand the Street Kids brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.

Responsibilities

- Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability

- Hire, train, and assess store employees productivity and performance

- Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store

- Oversee stock and store operations

- Customer Engagement

- Operate electronic equipment

- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment

which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer.

- Maintaining outstanding standards and solid product knowledge.

- Sufficient product and product code knowledge as well as maintaining an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team

- Must have excellent communication skills.
