Systems Administrator (S S)

Stefanutti Stocks is seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Administrator who is proficient in S@S and has a thorough understanding of the S@S Wage Employee Management module.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, training Site Administrators, and improving the site system across all levels — Group, Regional, and Discipline.

Additionally, the role involves reporting any wage anomalies to Senior Management. The position requires travel to certain SADC countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to wage queries/issued raised in S@S
  • Liaise between Head Office Departments (Payroll, S@S, HR) and Region Inland Sites Administrations.
  • Report wage Anomalies to senior management
  • Assist creditors to get queries sorted on Inland Projects.
  • Organize Time and Attendance scanning devices when needed on sites and keep a register (Update IT Department)
  • Reverse incorrect captured/reconciled items on BuildSmart.
  • Train site administrators on S@S and follow up.
  • Update new scanners with firmware before they go out to sites.
  • Communicate S @ S change requests to all Site Administrators

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Good computer skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal/training skills
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in S@S Wage Employee Management module
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, overseeing many site administrators - 7 years experience
