- You have 3 years experience within a People or Talent Specialist level role (BPO sector preferred).
- You have 3 years experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) or People System (highly advantageous).
- You have experience of working in the ‘back end of a people system (highly advantageous).
- You have a thorough understanding of Talent & Onboarding processes, with a proven track record of delivery.
- You have a strong understanding of legal/ government requirements relating to UK colleagues onboarding e.g., right to work checks, documents required etc.
- Your skill level within all Microsoft applications (especially Excel), is at an intermediate to advanced level, and I am comfortable with applications such as Canva.
- You can analyse data and develop reports and updates clearly outlining the findings.
