Technical administrative officer Compensation: Market related plus benefits

Reports to: Technical Manager Department: Technical

Job description:

This position supports the Technical Manager in terms of administrative and organizational duties.

Basic Functions:

  • Manage performance processes on all
  • Track production performance against plan.
  • Planning/Coordinate performance meetings with customers.
  • Provide weekly and monthly view of production performance against plan.
  • Monitor accuracy of weekly and monthly reports against top end technical issue.
  • Accountable to provide technical team with top three issue on each site, Daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Perform logistical technical administrative function of travel arrangements.
  • Administrative planning and coordinate services.
  • Coordinate weekly, monthly planning of resources.
  • Monitor attendance of resources via Connecteam against planning.

Additional Duties

  • Ability to lead and influence others, empowering, inspiring on performance analysis.

· To be extremely flexible to work between different sites as field service work requires.

· Provide feedback to maintenance technical and operational supervisor

· Ability to work independently and work as part of a team that includes other trades people and profession.

· Must be well organized and able to work with minimum supervision.

Educational/Vocational/Previous experience recommendation:

· Matric Certificate

· Administrative Qualification

· Drivers license (Code 8)

· Computer literacy, preferably Microsoft Office 355. Outlook; Excel; Acrobat Reader; Ms. Word.· Experience in contract administration

· Drivers license must be over three years, having been driving.

· Have basic administrative experience
