Technical Compliance Specialist

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Compliance Specialist to lead our Quality Function and ensure full compliance across both our internal and external third-party manufacturing partners.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Quality Function, driving performance and compliance with agreed KPIs.

• Develop and implement quality systems for third-party manufacturers in line with Promeals standards.

• Manage customer quality systems, ensuring swift resolution of complaints and continuous improvement.

• Conduct audits and assessments to ensure third-party compliance with regulatory and brand requirements.

• Oversee compliance with GMP, licensing, and product integrity standards.

• Drive quality-focused projects, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions to enhance quality outcomes.

• Ensure traceability through accurate lot number verification.

Requirements:

• A relevant degree or diploma in Quality Management or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a quality-focused role within a manufacturing environment.

• Proven experience in auditing and quality assessments.

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
