As part of this role, you will play a key function in our client engagement process, managing 50-100 inbound calls daily from prospective clients seeking top-tier legal representation. You will be responsible for not only answering inquiries and providing initial information but also for setting appointments with our attorneys for consultations.This position requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, as you will be coordinating with both prospective clients and internal team members to streamline the appointment-setting and follow-up processes.
