Job Title:Specialist – Cisco ISE

Location:Johannesburg (Onsite 4 days per week, 1 day remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilledNetwork Specialistwith strongsolution architecture and Cisco ISE experience. Cisco ISE expertise isnon-negotiable— the successful candidate must have proven ability to design, implement, and support Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) solutions at an enterprise level. This is aspecialist rolefor someone who can act as asolutions architect, designing secure access frameworks, shaping technology roadmaps, and delivering innovative solutions to complex security challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead theend-to-end design, implementation, and support of Cisco ISEacross the enterprise.
• Providesolution architecture input and leadershipfor identity, access, and network security.
• Develop and maintain security roadmaps, standards, and processes.
• Oversee deployments of LAN/Voice/LTE/Mesh Networks with a focus on Cisco ISE integration.
• Partner with business units and stakeholders to optimise designs, resolve risks, and deliver value.
• Provide specialist insight into projects, audits, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience working in the Mining Industry.
• 7+ years’ experiencein enterprise IT/network security.
• Proven expertise in Cisco ISE (design, implementation, support)–essential.
• Demonstratedsolution architecture experiencein secure access/network environments.
• Strong background in Cisco networking technologies (LAN/Voice/LTE/Mesh).
• Solid change and configuration management knowledge.
• Experience in large-scale/global environments is advantageous.
