This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Practitioner, located in Gordon's Bay with some work-from-home flexibility. The Property Practitioner will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property evaluations, coordinating property viewings, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, preparing legal documents, and closing real estate transactions. The practitioner will be expected to build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.

• Strong understanding of the real estate market and property evaluations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in customer service and client relationship management
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficiency in using IT systems and online marketing tools
• Valid real estate license and relevant certifications
• A track record of successful property transactions
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
• Own vehicle and a valid driver's license
