We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of excellent service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction, managing client relationships, and driving the success of client accounts. Responsible for marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. This individual will collaborate with various internal teams, manage marketing campaigns, and oversee market research efforts to ensure marketing activities align with company goals. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing customer engagement and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship & Brand Management:

- Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring alignment with company offerings.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for additional services or improvements.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
