We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Banker to champion an exciting expansion project across a few Provinces The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen and understanding of the finance sector and possesses proven experience in managing regional projects with multiple stakeholders.

Job Description

As a Regional Banker, you will be responsible for the managing Regional Offices and managing New Development in those Regions.

The role will include, but is not limited to:

· Management of Micro Branches: Develop and manage for 5 Micro-offices in 4 Provinces.

· Regional New Business Development: manage New Business Development staff and KPIs to meet targets in respective Regions.

· Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, government agencies, industry partners, and community stakeholders to facilitate New Business Development success.

· Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure milestones are met.

· Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure stability and success.

· Performance Tracking: Monitor progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions when necessary.

· Reporting: Prepare and present regular status reports to executive management and stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Experience

· Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce or a related.

· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Regional New Business Development, with a focus in financial services industry.

· Skills: Strong knowledge of New Business Development principles and methodologies. Proficiency in CRM software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Attributes: Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing business dynamics. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lead a team.
