Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing drink recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barman in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Proficient in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local and international beverage trends.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Valid South African ID or work permit.
