Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development and Recruitment Consultant located in Durban Hillcrest.

Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Generating leads and acquiring new business for organization
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Negotiating with clients to secure business deals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Occasionally visiting prospective clients to foster relationships
  • Preparing weekly and monthly sales and progress reports

Requirements:

  • Valid drivers license and reliable personal transport

Critical Skills:

  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbally in English)
  • Strong planning, organizing, and coordinating abilities
  • Sales and Target driven
  • Excellent time management and punctuality
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Prioritizes delivering exceptional customer experience

Salary Structure :

  • Basic Salary
  • Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R240 000,00 - R276 000,00 per year
