Job Title: Marketing and Digital Coordinator
Location: Waterfall (KwaZulu Natal)
The Marketing and digital Coordinator will support the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives and campaigns across various channels. The role will involve coordinating tasks, creating marketing materials, and working with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).
2. Social Media Management: creating, scheduling, and monitoring social media content across platforms.
3. Content Creation: Help develop and manage content for websites, social media, emails, and other marketing platforms.
4. Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights into improving future campaigns
5. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitors.
6. Event Coordination: Plan and execute marketing events, conferences, and webinars, both virtual and in-person.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and deliverables.
8. Budget Management: Assist with tracking marketing budgets and ensuring that campaigns are executed within the allocated budget.
9. Communication: Manage internal and external communication related to marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. Experience: 3 years minimum experience in marketing and digital role.
Proficient in the following
· PPC (Pay-per-click) advertising
· PPA ((Pay - per-action) advertising
· Google AdWords
· Microsoft ads
· Google in-app ads
· Technical SEO
3. Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing tools, social media platforms).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Desirable:
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) or basic web development knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.

- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
