Client Success Manager

Job Overview:Were looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Success Manager to handle regular client check-ins, ensure satisfaction, and support ongoing client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Act as the main point of contact for client communications.

Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Compile and share weekly updates on client accounts and project progress.

Requirements:

Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Experience in client success, account management, or a similar role.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

A fully functional home-based office setup, including a reliable laptop, UPS, fibre internet, and inverter.
