Credit Control Supervisor

Eduvos is looking to employ a Credit Control Supervisor at any of our National Campuses on a permanent basis.

Type of appointment:

Permanent

Purpose:

To reduce Eduvos debt through the management of the credit control team.

• National Diploma / Certificate in Financial Accounting / Credit Management or Degree in Finance
• At least three to five years experience in a debt collection management role

Debt Collection

• Collection targets need to be met
• Each student need to be phoned at least twice a month on overdue accounts
• Conversations with sponsors need to be completely documented
• Reduction in aging of outstanding debt
• Integrity of data

Maintenance of Student accounts

• Statuses need to be completed accurately on a monthly basis
• Timeous update of account status
• Statuses need to be reviewed for month-end

Reviewing of students enrolled

• Validate enrollments

Student suspension

• Students with overdue debt suspended
• % of students retained
• Every student / sponsor on the possible suspension list contacted
• Reduction in aging of outstanding debt
• Converting students into good standing

Review of age analysis

• Allocate accounts to credit controller
• Identify risk accounts per credit controller
• Action identified handover accounts

Load new collections in payment platform

• Identify due accounts
• Load collection

Debt strategy rollout - planning, scheduling, monitoring, control, corrective action

Reporting on debt statistics

Collaborate with internal stakeholders for resolution of queries

Feedback to customer/ credit controller on outcom
