Dr Oetker SA is looking for a Credit Controller.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THE ROLE

As Creditors Clerk you will strive to ensure that all suppliers to the company are paid, documented, and monitored. You will work alongside the Finance and IT department to support the core functions of the company. You are a lynchpin in building and maintaining relationships with all suppliers with the understanding that they are a cornerstone of our business. You shall achieve this by accurately processing invoices, concerns, queries and reconciliations by keeping with the Quality Is the Best Recipe Motto of the company.

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

• Ensuring the accurate and correct processing of invoices.
• Verify that Invoices comply with legal requirements and that all invoices are authorised by the relevant managers.
• Obtain statements from all suppliers in a timely fashion.
• Reconcile supplier accounts with monthly statements in Excel and resolve reconciling items.
• Prepare all payment reconciliations and ensure that payments to suppliers are carried out timeously.
• Foster a good working relationship with suppliers.
• Follow up and resolve queries on supplier accounts.
• New supplier account creation - collation of documentation and approvals.
• Filing of invoices, payments and other financial documents both physically and digitally.
• Ad hoc administrative and financial tasks.
• Completing credit applications as required.

Preferred Experience

• 2 Years Creditors experience.
• A working understanding of Finance in a FMCG.
• Working Knowledge of Sage Evolution.
