Our client is seeking a proactive and articulate individual to independently support and oversee key functions within the HR department, working closely with the HR Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment
- Onboarding and induction of new employees
- Preparation of take-on forms and contracts
- Validating medical aid and policy applications
- HR Consults & Disciplinary Enquiries
- Maintaining employee files
- Attending to staff queries
- Sales commission reconciliation
- Fleet control
- Wellness programs
- Booking appointments and reservations
- General admin and filing
- Minutes
Skills
- Independent thinker with great attention to detail.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Acrobat (e-signing, bulk form creation etc), MS Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Qualifications:
- Matric certificate.
- Higher Certificate (Preferred)
CTC includes Medical Aid
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From R8 000,00 per month
