Main job purpose
To effectively and efficiently support the business in selling products through excellent customer service, in order to achieve set sales targets and increase overall market share.
Main objectives
- To ensure that all orders are correctly and timeously processed onto the SAP system in order to achieve excellent customer service and overall customer satisfaction.
- To actively promote and up-sell all products and services through daily interactions with customers to support the achievement of the sales target.
- To build effective relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the organisations in order to service the customers optimally.
- To ensure that all administrative tasks relating to the role including invoicing and reports are done accurately and within the agreed timeframes.
- To co-ordinate delivery service to ensure that customer orders are delivered within the agreed timeframes.
- To achieve overall customer satisfaction, all customer related queries must be actioned and resolved on a day to day basis.
- Constant liaison with warehouse stocks to eliminate short deliveries or late deliveries.
- Assist with problem solving on factory related issues.
Educational background
Matric
Marketing Diploma or Degree (desirable)
Experience
3 years sales related experience
3 years in a glass environment
Safety standards and Bylaws knowledge
Knowledge
Glass Processing
