Internal Sales Representative

Were seeking an experienced sales representative to join our team

As a lighting and electrical wholesaler, situated in Ballito Business Park with over 20 years of experience, we provide a wide range of lighting and electrical products to the industry offering premium quality for the domestic and industrial sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service via telephone and counter sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to customers and prospects
• Provide product information and quotes to customers
• Process sales orders and manage customer accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Identify new sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in counter and telephone sales, preferably in the electrical industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products
• Traceable references required
• Must be of sober habits
• No chancers
• Experience on IQ Retail system will be an advantage
