It Operations Associate

We are looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and tech-savvy IT Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT and be well-versed in all tech-related topics, including AI, API, coding, and programming. This role will involve researching and problem-solving across various areas of technology, requiring a curious and analytical mindset. The candidate must also be knowledgeable and have a strong foundation in web development, programming, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, document management, remote desktops, VPNs, access control, networks, and VoIP. Additionally, the candidate should have a solid grip on WordPress and how to integrate APIs with WordPress. If you have experience in custom development in C# .NET or any other programming languages, that is highly desirable. You will play a key role in supporting technology infrastructures and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and applications. $400 monthly

• Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and other web development technologies
• Assist in design, development, and implementation of technology solutions to drive business growth
• Support and maintain CRM systems, including data management and reporting
• Provide technical support for CRM systems, remote desktops, VPNs, access control, and Networks
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems efficiently
• Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies and trends
• Implement researched IT solutions to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency, streamlining operations and contributing to the companys success
• Integrate and manage APIs within WordPress environments
• Assist in custom development using C# .NET or other programming languages

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in web development and programming
• Practical Experience with CRM systems
• Understanding of data analysis
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with web development frameworks (e.g. React, Angular) and WordPress
• Strong knowledge of integrating APIs with WordPress
• Experience with custom development using C# .NET or any other programming language is a plus
• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure), VPNs, Access Control, Networks, and VoIP
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA certifications
