Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Property Practitioner. The Property Practitioner will be responsible for:

  • Generating leads and securing mandates
  • Conducting virtual and in-person property viewings
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Managing property listings and marketing
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  • Staying updated with market trends and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience in residential or commercial property sales is an advantage
  • Knowledge of property regulations, contracts, and compliance
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision
  • Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools
  • Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred
  • NQF4 or higher qualification (or currently studying towards it) is a plus
  • Own transport is advantageous for property viewings
