Property Practitioner

We are recruiting on behalf of an established real estate company. We are seeking highly motivated and exceptionally driven Property Practitioners to join this dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate and manage a robust pipeline of qualified buyers and sellers.
• Conduct comprehensive property valuations and market analyses to ensure accurate pricing.
• Facilitate property viewings, providing expert insights and guidance to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close property transactions, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

Market Strategy and Business Development:

• Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies to expand your client base.
• Utilize our proprietary tools and technologies to maximize market penetration and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
• Network with industry professionals and participate in relevant events to enhance visibility.

Compliance and Administration:

• Ensure all transactions adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.
• Utilize our CRM system effectively to manage client data and track progress.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active Property Practitioner certification/qualifications as required by the South African Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
• Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with demonstrable achievement of sales targets.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the Cape Town real estate market.
• Ability to work independently, while also contributing effectively to a team environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, including CRM systems and property listing platforms.
• Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
