- Follow a Script: Maintain consistency by adhering to an established calling script while adjusting to the leads responses and personality.
Communication Skills
- Engage with Leads: Actively listen and respond to lead inquiries and concerns professionally and politely.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor Call Metrics: Track daily call volume, lead conversions, and appointments to evaluate performance.
- Adjust Strategy: Adapt calling strategies based on results to enhance lead generation efforts and conversion rates.

- Maintain Professionalism: Conduct every conversation with respect and professionalism, even if the lead is not interested.
