Sales and Client Service Administrator

1. Sales

• Manage and generate all orders through client contact and whatsapp groups from generating orders to final successful delivery, including:
• Client phone calls
• Whatsapp groups
• Manage client portals
• Ensure client lists are updated with most recent info
• Ensure delivery route lists are updated to include all clients and that order cycle for the week was completed and keep client clients on same order/delivery cycle
• All communication with merchandisers (Internal and Independent) including:
• Whatsapp group checks and responses in real time
• Check all whatsapp group posts for correct info, maximum shelf space and point out problems and solutions and compare with previous posts
• Ensure all information requested is followed up and completed
• Ensure client satisfaction with direct communication
• Ensure all invoice are generated, sent, delivered and proof of deliveries returned and filed
• Complete and produce any documentation required for DC deliveries.

2. General

• All documentation generated to successfully manage the GP market must be filed and kept up to date
• The purpose of this position is to successfully grow sale across all clients, ensure clients are informed about the order process during all stages, merchandising teams are managed to ensure optimal delivery routes and maximum shelf space and regular orders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From R8 000,00 per month
