Sales Assistant for Gelato and Coffee Equipment

Our company is a leading supplier of high-quality gelato and coffee equipment, and we are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team. As aSales Assistant, you will work closely with our Manager to support the sales and marketing efforts of our business.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager with lead generation and prospecting for new business opportunitiesConduct product demonstrations and provide training to customers on the features and benefits of our equipmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales processFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional salesManage and maintain our CRM system to track leads, sales, and customer interactionsParticipate in sales and marketing campaigns to promote our products and servicesAttend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our brand

Requirements:

Previous sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM softwarePassion for food and beverage equipmentNeed to own vehicleNeed to have a drivers license
