Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and establishing relationships within the Spaza store market.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure business growth.

• Understand customer needs and present tailored sales solutions to meet those requirements.

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.

• Prepare and submit sales reports and performance analysis to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential:

  • •Own car is essential
  • South African citizen
  • Willingness to work from Monday to Saturday.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and results-driven approach.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Openness to promoting and selling a diverse range of products within the Spaza store environment.

Preferred:

• Proven track record of success in a sales role.

• Experience working with Spaza stores or within the informal retail sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R12 000,00 per month
