Experienced Sales Representative - Industrial Equipment (Minimum 5 Years Sales Experience Required)

Ritlee Sales is a leading innovator in premium industrial equipment, including wood chippers, compost turners, industrial lawnmowers, mulchers, shredders, and shavers. We are passionate about sustainable forestry practices and promoting the recycling of forestry waste.

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative who is experienced, confident, and eager to be part of a growing, forward-thinking team.

Please Note: Applicants without at least 5 years of proven sales experience will not be considered. Do not submit your CV if you do not meet this requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across our product range
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with our team to adapt products based on customer feedback and market trends
• Understand the technical aspects of our equipment, including repairs, maintenance, and parts
• Manage equipment orders from manufacturers, ensuring adherence to quoted lead times
• Support product demonstrations and attend trade shows when required
• Occasionally deliver machinery to clients and provide hands-on training

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales (preferably in industrial, agricultural, or forestry equipment)
• Strong understanding or interest in forestry/agricultural machinery
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Willingness to go the extra mile - including helping at events and supporting the team in practical ways
• A positive, customer-first attitude and a passion for success

Compensation:

We offer a basic salary plus commission on sales. Once consistent sales performance is demonstrated, the compensation structure can be negotiated to reflect your impact and success.
