Job Description:
- Loading of adverts on the advertising portal Prop Data, and making amendments to adverts
- Active Facebook marketing
- Develop strategies and tactics to market the brand
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns
- Produce valuable and engaging content for the Company website
- Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Canvassing for Agents
- Ordering of boards for Agents
- Producing marketing material for the Company and for the Agents
- Maintaining digital business card when changes are to be made and producing one for each new Agent
- Guiding Agents regarding portraying the brand professionally and building rapport with clients
- Assisting new Agents with training regarding systems, e.g. Prop Data, Lightstone, Virtual Agent, Red Rabbit Inspections
- Other ad hoc tasks required by the Directors of the Company from time to time Later on
- Manage marketing staff once staff have been appointed
