Soft Server

Got a sweet tooth and a friendly smile? A modern, high-end eatery in Brakpan is looking for skilled and passionate Soft Servers to join their team. Were looking for energetic, customer-focused team members to join our ice cream crew! If you love making people happy and dont mind getting a little swirl on your hands, we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do:

· Prepare and serve desserts like soft serve ice cream, pastries, and light snacks.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of service counters, dining areas, and beverage stations.

· Ensure that all products are fresh, well-stocked, and presented attractively.

· Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

· Handle customer inquiries, special requests, or complaints with a positive attitude.

· Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed.

· Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.

You Are:

· Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or food service preferred but not required.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

· Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

· Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented personality.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
