Job Overview Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking Location: ZA, Free State, Bethlehem, Bethlehem Job Type: Full-time Job Ref ID: 80440536A-0001 Date Posted: 4/22/2025 Job Description To take demand from Personal, Prestige and Private Banking clients for banking matters ranging from product questions to client account activities (e.g., opening of relevant accounts, statements, debit order information, etc.), whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a one-and-done manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience, product and legislative (e.g., FAIS) requirements. Qualifications Minimum Qualification: NQF Level 5 (FAIS aligned) Experience Required: Client Coverage Personal and Private Banking 3-4 years sales experience. Experience in branch banking or contact centre environment with good understanding of bank processes, policies and products.
