We are seeking highly motivated, professional, and experienced Waiters to join our exceptional team at our prestigious luxury hotel in Somerset West.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service to our guests in a luxurious, fast-paced environment.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction with a warm, friendly, and efficient approach.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Collaborate effectively with other staff members and management to ensure seamless service.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position at a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining, food & beverage service, and hospitality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
• A passion for delivering top-tier guest experiences.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
